Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 26, 2026
1. Who we are
invita.fun (“Invita”, “we”) is a digital event-invitation service. The site operator is InteractiveUy SAS, RUT 219912920010, with the same details registered with dLocal Go.
These terms govern use of https://invita.fun and related accounts, payments, and sends.
2. What we offer
Invita is a personalized, fully digital service. We do not sell physical products and we do not ship goods.
You describe your event (birthday, wedding, gathering, or other celebration) and an AI assistant designs a custom invitation card: copy, style, and details for that event. Each invitation is generated for that customer and event; it is not a generic template pack to download without personalization.
You can then send the invitation via WhatsApp (from your own number) or email, collect RSVPs, and — on plans that include it — set up a photo album with a QR code for the day of the event.
3. How you buy and how you pay
To use Invita you create an account with Google or a one-time code sent to your email (we do not ask for a password).
Until you buy a plan, there is one design and it comes out at a lower resolution. Without a paid plan, sends only exist during an active, limited, and revocable promotion.
When you want to change the design, send more invitations, or turn on extras, you choose a one-time plan for that event (not a monthly subscription). Current plans and USD prices are shown in Plans on the site and in the dashboard at checkout.
Payment is processed by dLocal (dLocal Go / dLocal Checkout). Charges are in US dollars (USD). Depending on the payer’s country, dLocal may offer cards or local payment methods. Invita does not store the full card number.
The plan is tied to a specific event. You can upgrade by paying the difference; there is no downgrade. Extra send, generation, or photo-edit packs and add-ons (guest RSVP, photo album) follow the catalog at the time of payment. Each plan includes a number of layer edits to adjust the photo you choose.
The service is considered purchased when dLocal confirms payment and the plan or add-on is activated on that event.
4. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the information you upload (names, dates, photos, guest lists) and for having the right to use it.
You may not use Invita for spam, fraud, illegal content, or impersonation. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or sending.
WhatsApp is linked to your number. Messages go out from your account; Invita is not a phone carrier or an anonymous bulk sender.
Phone numbers from your contact address book are not stored on our servers: they stay in the browser cache and, in the database, are referenced by an identifier. Details are in the privacy policy (/privacidad#contactos-whatsapp).
5. Intellectual property and content
invita.fun (InteractiveUy SAS) acts only as a technology service provider under the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. You represent that you own or have permission for everything you upload or ask to be generated, and you agree to hold the company harmless from third-party claims.
For that event’s invitation you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, download, and share it, personally or commercially, in connection with the event. The invita.fun brand and the software remain Invita’s. A design without a paid plan is a single generation, at a lower resolution.
If you upload photos of minors, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from that person.
You link your own WhatsApp account. invita.fun prepares the invitation and transmits it using that session. The message is sent in the name of your account. invita.fun is not a phone carrier and is not the sender of the chat. Once delivered, the copy that remains in your WhatsApp and your contacts’ WhatsApp is outside the platform’s servers.
If invita.fun receives an infringement notice, it may disable the event page and the files hosted on its servers, and stop new sends. That step does not delete WhatsApp messages already delivered. Notices go to hola@invita.fun or /contacto.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because the service is digital and personalized, there is no physical-product return and no shipping policy. The refund policy at /reembolsos is part of these terms.
7. Availability and limitation
We work to keep the site and sends working, but they depend on the internet, WhatsApp, image providers, and payments. We cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient blocks the number, has the phone off, or WhatsApp rejects the message.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Invita’s liability for an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event.
8. Contact and changes
For questions, complaints, or refunds: hola@invita.fun or the form at /contacto.
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version, unless the law requires express consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Contractual disputes are heard by the courts of Montevideo, unless consumer rules give you another venue you cannot waive.
